Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Growth Mindset: Definition and origins of growth mindset, Fixed vs. growth mindset characteristics, Research and theory by Carol Dweck, Neuroscience of learning and brain plasticity, Importance of mindset in education and performance, Misconceptions about growth mindset.

Module 2: Cultivating Growth Mindset in Learners: Recognizing fixed mindset behaviors, Teaching the value of effort and persistence, Encouraging learning from mistakes and failure, Language and praise that supports growth mindset, Goal setting and self-reflection strategies, Building resilience and confidence in learners.

Module 3: Coaching Strategies and Techniques: Role of a mindset coach, One-on-one and group coaching techniques, Motivational interviewing for mindset change, Creating a safe and supportive environment, Active listening and questioning methods, Developing personalized growth plans.

Module 4: Integrating Growth Mindset into Learning Environments: Embedding mindset principles into curriculum and instruction, Creating classroom culture that promotes risk-taking and curiosity, Collaborative activities to foster peer support, Using feedback to build growth-oriented habits, Engaging families and communities in mindset development, Leveraging stories and role models.
