Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The objective of the Certified Hatha Yoga Trainer course is to provide a strong and comprehensive foundation in the traditional principles and practices of Hatha Yoga. This course is designed to develop skilled yoga instructors who can teach safe, effective, and balanced Hatha Yoga classes that integrate physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), cleansing techniques (kriyas), meditation, and yogic philosophy. Trainees will gain in-depth knowledge of anatomy, alignment, energy systems (chakras and nadis), and the therapeutic benefits of Hatha Yoga. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.
