Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Healthcare Project Management: Introduction to project management principles and lifecycle, Role and responsibilities of a healthcare project manager, Types of healthcare projects and their scope, Stakeholder identification and engagement strategies, Healthcare regulations and compliance considerations, Ethical and legal issues in healthcare project management.
Module 2: Project Planning and Scheduling: Defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and task sequencing, Time estimation and project scheduling tools (Gantt, CPM), Resource planning and allocation, Budget estimation and financial planning, Risk identification and contingency planning.
Module 3: Project Execution and Team Management: Leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams, Communication planning and collaboration strategies, Quality assurance during project execution, Vendor coordination and external partnerships, Problem-solving and conflict resolution, Change management and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Module 4: Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress against scope, time, and budget, Key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestone reviews, Variance analysis and corrective actions, Documentation and reporting standards in healthcare, Tools for project tracking (dashboards, software), Managing scope creep and unexpected challenges.
Module 5: Healthcare Systems and Technology Integration: Implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HIS, Managing technology-based healthcare initiatives, Data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA), Interoperability and system integration challenges, Training and support for end-users, Evaluation of digital project outcomes and sustainability.
