Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Healthcare Quality Management: Concepts and principles of healthcare quality management, History and evolution of quality in healthcare, Key quality models and frameworks (Donabedian, IOM, Baldrige), Role of quality management professionals in healthcare, Legal and ethical aspects of healthcare quality, Accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Module 2: Quality Measurement and Data Management: Types of quality indicators and performance metrics, Data collection methods and tools in healthcare settings, Analyzing and interpreting healthcare quality data, Benchmarking and comparative performance analysis, Patient satisfaction and experience surveys, Use of dashboards and quality scorecards.

Module 3: Quality Improvement Tools and Methodologies: Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle for process improvement, Lean management and waste reduction in healthcare, Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fishbone diagram, Pareto analysis, and flowcharts, Applying improvement models to real-world scenarios.

Module 4: Patient Safety and Risk Management: Patient safety culture and leadership, Identification and classification of adverse events and near misses, Risk assessment and mitigation strategies in clinical settings, Incident reporting systems and sentinel event analysis, Infection control, medication safety, and fall prevention programs, Compliance with WHO, NABH, and JCI safety standards.
