Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Home Staging Consultant course is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to professionally prepare homes for sale or rent, enhancing their visual appeal and market value. The course covers key concepts such as design principles, space planning, color theory, furniture arrangement, lighting, and décor styling. Students will learn how to assess properties, identify target buyers, and create inviting, emotionally engaging spaces that appeal to a broad audience.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Home Staging: Definition and purpose of home staging, Differences between decorating and staging, Benefits of staging in real estate, Psychology of buyer behavior, Role of a home staging consultant, Types of properties and staging needs.

Module 2: Design Principles and Styling Techniques: Elements and principles of design, Color theory and palette selection, Furniture arrangement and space planning, Lighting and ambiance creation, Art and accessory placement, Theme-based styling.

Module 3: Room-by-Room Staging Strategies: Living room staging techniques, Kitchen and dining area presentation, Bedroom staging essentials, Bathroom cleanliness and styling, Home office and multipurpose rooms, Entryway and curb appeal enhancement.

Module 4: Decluttering, Organizing, and Repairs: Decluttering methods and strategies, Storage solutions and space optimization, Minor repairs and touch-ups, Cleaning standards and best practices, Pet and odor control, Budget-friendly improvements.

Module 5: Marketing and Visual Presentation: Creating photo-ready interiors, Working with real estate photographers, Virtual staging basics, Before-and-after presentation techniques, Designing staging portfolios, Understanding target buyers and market trends.

Module 6: Business and Client Management: Starting a home staging business, Service packages and pricing models, Client consultations and contracts, Vendor and inventory management, Networking with real estate professionals, Legal, ethical, and insurance considerations.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
