Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Hospital Quality Management: Introduction to hospital quality management, Roles and responsibilities of a quality manager, Principles of patient safety and quality improvement, Healthcare systems and organizational structure, Regulatory bodies and accreditation standards (JCI, NABH, ISO), Ethics and professional responsibilities in healthcare quality

Module 2: Quality Standards, Policies & Compliance: Developing and implementing hospital policies and procedures, Quality standards and benchmarks, Patient safety goals and protocols, Compliance with national and international regulations, Risk management and incident reporting systems, Auditing and monitoring adherence to standards

Module 3: Data Management & Performance Measurement: Collecting and analyzing healthcare data, Key performance indicators (KPIs) for hospital quality, Clinical outcomes measurement, Patient satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis, Benchmarking against industry standards, Using healthcare analytics for decision-making

Module 4: Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) & Tools: Introduction to continuous quality improvement methodologies, Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, Root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools, Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), Monitoring and sustaining quality improvement initiatives
