Participants will learn project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, quality control, and compliance with building codes and hospitality standards.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Hospitality Project Management: Overview of hospitality and hotel construction projects, Roles and responsibilities of a hospitality project manager, Project lifecycle and phases, Key stakeholders and team structures, Principles of project management in construction, Challenges and risk factors in hotel construction

Module 2: Project Planning & Scheduling: Project scope definition and requirement analysis, Work breakdown structure (WBS) development, Scheduling techniques and timeline management, Resource allocation and budgeting, Critical path method (CPM) and Gantt chart usage, Planning for contingencies and risk mitigation

Module 3: Design & Architectural Management: Understanding hotel design principles and standards, Collaboration with architects and interior designers, Conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases, Design approvals and regulatory compliance, Sustainable and green building design considerations, Cost estimation and design value engineering

Module 4: Construction Management & Site Operations: Site preparation and construction sequencing, Contractor and subcontractor management, Construction quality control and inspection, Safety and compliance on construction sites, Procurement and material management, Monitoring construction progress and reporting

Module 5: Financial, Legal & Contract Management: Budgeting and financial planning for hotel projects, Cost control and variance management, Contract types, negotiation, and administration, Legal regulations and building codes, Risk management and insurance, Payment schedules and claims management

Module 6: Project Handover, Operations Readiness & Leadership: Commissioning and project closeout procedures, Facilities and operations handover to hotel management, Staff training and operational readiness, Post-construction evaluation and lessons learned, Leadership and team coordination during handover, Continuous improvement and innovation in hotel construction projects

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.

  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
