Objective: The objective of the Certified Hotel Management Professional course is to develop hospitality professionals with the skills and knowledge required to manage various departments of a hotel efficiently. The course emphasizes practical training in service excellence, operations management, team leadership, and revenue optimization for hotel environments ranging from boutique hotels to luxury chains.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Hotel Industry and Management: Overview of the hotel industry and classifications, Organizational structure of a hotel, Key roles and responsibilities in hotel management, Importance of customer service in hospitality, Emerging trends in hotel operations, Functions of core departments in a hotel.

Module 2: Front Office Operations and Guest Handling: Reservation and check-in/check-out procedures, Reception and concierge services, Room allocation and guest satisfaction, Handling guest complaints and special requests, Interdepartmental communication and coordination, Use of Property Management Systems (PMS).

Module 3: Housekeeping Management: Housekeeping duties and responsibilities, Cleaning procedures and SOPs, Linen and laundry management, Inventory and supply control, Room inspection and quality standards, Hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Module 4: Food and Beverage Services: Types of food and beverage outlets in hotels, Restaurant and room service operations, Menu planning and types of service, Beverage knowledge and bar operations, Guest service techniques and etiquette, Coordination with kitchen and service staff.

Module 5: Hotel Marketing, Sales and Customer Relations: Basics of hotel marketing and promotion, Sales techniques and revenue generation, Online travel agencies (OTAs) and digital marketing, Managing guest feedback and reviews, Loyalty programs and CRM, Event planning and banquet sales.

Module 6: Financial, HR and Legal Aspects of Hotel Management: Budgeting and financial reporting in hotels, Cost control and revenue management, HR recruitment, training, and team management, Performance appraisals and staff retention, Hotel laws and licensing requirements, Safety, security, and compliance management.
