Objective: The Certified HR Admin Coordinator course is designed to equip professionals with the administrative and organizational skills necessary to support human resources operations effectively. The course covers core HR functions such as employee onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, maintaining personnel records, coordinating interviews, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to HR Administration: Role and Responsibilities of an HR Admin Coordinator, Overview of Human Resource Functions, Understanding HR Policies and Procedures, Confidentiality and Ethics in HR, HR Terminology and Documentation, Collaboration with HR and Other Departments.
Module 2: Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Coordinating Job Postings and Applications, Assisting in Interview Scheduling and Communication, Preparing Offer Letters and Employment Contracts, Supporting Pre-Employment Checks and Documentation, Organizing Orientation and Onboarding Sessions, Maintaining New Hire Records.
Module 3: Employee Records and Data Management: Creating and Updating Employee Files, Managing HRIS and Data Entry, Ensuring Accuracy and Confidentiality of Records, Handling Document Requests and Verifications, Supporting Data Audits and Compliance, Managing Digital and Physical Record Systems.
Module 4: Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Coordination: Tracking Attendance and Work Hours, Managing Leave Applications and Balances, Assisting in Payroll Data Collection, Coordinating with Finance for Salary Processing, Handling Employee Queries Related to Pay and Leave, Maintaining Attendance Reports and Logs.
Module 5: HR Communication and Support: Drafting and Sending HR Communications, Organizing HR Meetings and Events, Supporting Internal Announcements and Notices, Managing Employee Surveys and Feedback, Assisting with Conflict Resolution Support Tasks, Maintaining Communication Logs.
Module 6: Compliance, Reporting, and Growth: Supporting Legal and Policy Compliance, Assisting with Internal HR Audits, Preparing HR Reports and Metrics, Supporting Health and Safety Documentation, Participating in HR Projects and Initiatives, Professional Development in HR Administration.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
