The course covers key areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, legal compliance, and strategic HR planning.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Human Resource Management: Introduction to HRM, Roles and responsibilities of HR executives, HR laws and regulations, Organizational behavior basics, HR ethics and professionalism, HR policies and procedures.

Module 2: Recruitment and Selection: Workforce planning, Job analysis and job descriptions, Sourcing and attracting candidates, Screening and interviewing techniques, Selection methods and tools, Onboarding and orientation.

Module 3: Training and Development: Employee training needs assessment, Designing training programs, Learning and development theories, Training delivery methods, Evaluating training effectiveness, Career development planning.

Module 4: Performance Management: Setting performance standards, Performance appraisal methods, Feedback and coaching techniques, Managing underperformance, Employee motivation theories, Linking performance to rewards.

Module 5: Compensation and Benefits: Salary structures and wage systems, Incentive and bonus plans, Employee benefits administration, Legal compliance in compensation, Payroll management, Compensation benchmarking.

Module 6: Employee Relations and Labor Laws: Employee engagement strategies, Conflict resolution and grievance handling, Labor laws and compliance, Collective bargaining basics, Workplace diversity and inclusion, Health, safety, and wellness programs.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.

  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
