Objective: The Certified Property Manager (CPM) course aims to develop highly skilled and ethical property management professionals by equipping learners with advanced knowledge in real estate management, finance, operations, and leadership. The course focuses on enhancing decision-making abilities related to maximizing property value, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 4: Operations and Maintenance: Property Maintenance Planning, Vendor and Contractor Management, Facility Management Systems, Sustainability and Green Practices, Health and Safety Compliance, Technology in Property Operations

Module 5: Legal and Risk Management: Property Law Fundamentals, Lease Agreements and Negotiation, Eviction and Tenant Dispute Handling, Insurance and Liability Management, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies
