This course covers strategic planning, risk management, security governance, policy development, compliance, and incident response at an organizational level.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Information Security Governance and Management: Information security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST), Establishing security policies and procedures, Roles and responsibilities of an Information Security Officer, Security governance structures, Alignment of security with business objectives, Security program development and management.

Module 2: Risk Management and Compliance: Risk assessment methodologies, Risk treatment and mitigation strategies, Compliance requirements and regulatory landscape, Business impact analysis, Vendor and third-party risk management, Continuous risk monitoring and reporting.

Module 3: Security Architecture and Controls: Designing secure network and system architectures, Implementation of technical and administrative controls, Identity and access management (IAM), Cryptography fundamentals and key management, Security control frameworks, Control effectiveness evaluation.

Module 4: Incident Management and Response: Developing and implementing incident response plans, Incident detection and analysis, Coordination and communication during incidents, Forensic investigation basics, Post-incident recovery and reporting, Lessons learned and improvement.

Module 5: Security Awareness and Training: Creating effective security awareness programs, Training methodologies and delivery, Social engineering and phishing awareness, Measuring program effectiveness, Promoting a security culture, Ongoing education and professional development.

Module 6: Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Business continuity planning principles, Disaster recovery strategies and plans, Backup and data recovery methods, Crisis management, Testing and exercising continuity plans, Integration with overall security strategy.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
