The course covers end-to-end supply chain visibility, demand planning, inventory optimization, supplier relationship management, logistics coordination, ERP and digital integration, and supply chain collaboration models.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Integrated Supply Chain Management: Concept and Evolution of Integrated Supply Chains, Components and Flows in an Integrated Supply Chain, Benefits of End-to-End Integration, Key Roles and Stakeholders in Integrated SCM, Strategic Alignment of Supply Chain and Business Goals, Responsibilities of an Integrated Supply Chain Management Professional.

Module 2: Supply Chain Planning and Coordination: Demand Forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Production Planning and Scheduling Alignment, Procurement Planning and Supplier Collaboration, Inventory Planning and Distribution Strategy, Cross-Functional Coordination and Information Flow, Planning Tools and Systems Integration.

Module 3: Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management: Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, Supplier Selection, Evaluation, and Development, Contract Management and Negotiation Strategies, Collaborative Procurement Practices, Supplier Risk and Compliance Monitoring, Integration of Suppliers into the Value Chain.
