Objective: The Certified ISO 45001 Implementer course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to establish, implement, and maintain a compliant Occupational Health and Safety Management System within an organization. The course covers the structure and key clauses of ISO 45001:2018, including context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and continual improvement. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to ISO 45001 and Implementation Framework: Overview of ISO 45001:2018 and its significance in workplace safety, Key terms, definitions, and structure of the standard, Benefits of implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), Transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001, Role of an ISO 45001 Implementer in system design and execution, Aligning ISO 45001 with organizational objectives and legal compliance.

Module 2: Understanding ISO 45001 Clauses and Requirements: Clause-by-clause explanation of ISO 45001 standard, Context of the organization and interested parties, Leadership, worker participation, and OH&S policy development, Planning: risk and opportunity identification, objectives, and legal obligations, Support functions: resources, competence, awareness, communication, and documentation, Operational controls and emergency preparedness.

Module 3: Risk Assessment and Operational Planning: Hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies, Planning risk-based controls and operational procedures, Legal and regulatory requirement identification and compliance tracking, Integrating risk controls into daily operations and work instructions, Managing change and ensuring emergency readiness, Documenting and reviewing operational control procedures.

Module 4: Developing and Implementing OHSMS Documentation: Structure and hierarchy of ISO 45001 documentation, Creating OH&S policies, objectives, manuals, and procedures, Developing records for monitoring, performance, and compliance, Document control: creation, approval, access, and revision, Integration of ISO 45001 with other ISO systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001), Practical tools and templates for OHSMS documentation.

Module 5: Monitoring, Measurement, and Performance Evaluation: Defining OH&S performance indicators and KPIs, Setting up procedures for monitoring and measurement, Conducting internal audits and management reviews, Handling nonconformities and implementing corrective actions, Using data analytics for trend identification and decision-making, Reporting and communicating performance outcomes to stakeholders.

Module 6: Sustaining ISO 45001 Implementation and Continual Improvement: Building a safety culture and promoting worker involvement, Implementing a continuous improvement cycle (PDCA), Planning and managing ISO 45001 certification audits, Ensuring long-term compliance and legal updates, Overcoming challenges in system implementation and integration, Case studies and real-world applications of successful ISO 45001 implementation.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
