Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of IT Project Management: Overview of project management principles, Project lifecycle and IT-specific considerations, Role and responsibilities of an IT project manager, Key success factors in IT projects, Project selection and initiation processes, Project charter development.

Module 2: Project Planning and Scope Management: Defining project scope and objectives, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation, Requirements gathering and documentation, Time estimation and scheduling techniques, Resource planning and allocation, Developing a project management plan.

Module 3: Cost, Quality, and Risk Management: Project budgeting and cost estimation methods, Cost control techniques and earned value management, Quality planning and assurance in IT projects, Tools for quality control and improvement, Identifying and analyzing project risks, Risk mitigation and response planning.

Module 4: Communication, Stakeholder, and Team Management: Stakeholder identification and engagement strategies, Communication planning and reporting methods, Managing virtual and cross-functional teams, Conflict resolution and team motivation, Leadership styles in project management, Building and managing high-performance teams.

Module 5: Agile and Hybrid Project Management Approaches: Introduction to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Agile vs. traditional project management, Iterative planning and sprint cycles, Product backlog and user stories, Hybrid models for IT project execution, Scaling Agile for enterprise projects.

Module 6: Project Execution, Monitoring, and Closure: Project execution and deliverable tracking, Performance measurement and status reporting, Change control and issue management, Project closure activities and lessons learned, Post-implementation review and support, Project documentation and knowledge transfer.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
