The course covers route optimization, delivery scheduling, fleet coordination, customer communication, and real-time tracking. It also includes training on technology platforms such as Delivery Management Systems (DMS), use of GPS and mobile apps, and key performance metrics like On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First Attempt Delivery Rate (FADR).

Module 2: Route Planning and Delivery Optimization: Dynamic Route Planning and Scheduling Techniques, Use of Telematics and GPS in Route Optimization, Managing Delivery Time Windows and Customer SLAs, Traffic Pattern and Distance Analysis, Real-Time Re-Routing and Exception Handling, Cost vs Speed Trade-offs in Routing.

Module 3: Fleet and Driver Management: Fleet Sizing and Allocation for Last-Mile Operations, Vehicle Types and Suitability (2W, 3W, Vans, EVs), Driver Hiring, Training, and Compliance, Performance Monitoring and Incentive Programs, Safety Standards and Driver Behavior Analytics, Managing Third-Party and Gig Workforce.
