Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Lean & Six Sigma Foundations: Principles of Lean thinking, Six Sigma philosophy and DMAIC overview, Roles and responsibilities in Lean Six Sigma, Waste identification and value creation, Voice of the Customer (VoC) fundamentals, Process mapping and SIPOC analysis

Module 2: Define & Measure Phase Techniques: Project charter development, Problem and objective definition, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) identification, Data collection planning, Measurement system analysis (MSA), Baseline performance and process capability metrics

Module 3: Analyze Phase Tools: Root cause analysis methods, Cause-and-effect and fishbone diagrams, Value stream analysis, Hypothesis testing basics, Data analysis for variation identification, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Module 4: Improve Phase Methods: Lean improvement tools and kaizen, Solution generation and prioritization, Design of Experiments (DOE) concepts, Workflow redesign and standardization, Error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) techniques, Pilot testing and validation

Module 5: Control Phase & Sustainability: Control plan development, Statistical process control (SPC) charts, Documentation and standard operating procedures, Visual management systems, Sustaining improvements and auditing processes, Handoff to operations and ownership transfer

Module 6: Lean Six Sigma Leadership & Deployment: Strategic alignment of LSS projects, Selecting and prioritizing improvement initiatives, Change management and stakeholder engagement, Team facilitation and communication skills, Organizational culture for continuous improvement, LSS program governance and performance tracking

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
