The course covers the selection of lighting fixtures, energy-efficient solutions, lighting control systems, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Lighting Design: Introduction to Lighting Design, Principles of Light and Color, Types of Lighting (Ambient, Task, Accent), Light Measurement and Units (Lux, Lumens, Candela), Human Visual Perception, Lighting Terminology and Standards.

Module 2: Lighting Technology and Equipment: Overview of Lighting Fixtures and Lamps, LED Technology and Applications, Lighting Controls and Automation, Electrical Basics for Lighting, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

Module 3: Lighting Design Process and Techniques: Concept Development and Design Brief, Site Analysis and Assessment, Lighting Layout and Planning, Computer-Aided Lighting Design (CAD and Software Tools), Light Simulation and Modeling, Integration with Architecture and Interior Design.

Module 4: Indoor Lighting Design: Residential Lighting Design, Commercial and Retail Lighting, Office and Workplace Lighting, Hospitality and Leisure Lighting, Healthcare and Educational Facilities Lighting, Lighting for Art and Exhibitions

Module 5: Outdoor and Specialized Lighting: Urban and Landscape Lighting, Street and Roadway Lighting, Sports and Stadium Lighting, Architectural and Façade Lighting, Safety and Security Lighting, Specialized Lighting (Theater, Film, Events).
