Objective: The Certified Logistics Process Improvement Specialist course is designed to equip professionals with the skills and methodologies required to analyze, streamline, and optimize logistics operations across the supply chain. The course covers process mapping, workflow analysis, Lean logistics, Six Sigma principles, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, PDCA).

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Logistics Process Improvement: Role and Responsibilities of a Logistics Process Improvement Specialist, Importance of Continuous Improvement in Logistics, Key Elements of Logistics Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Flows), Overview of Process Mapping and Value Stream Analysis, Identification of Inefficiencies in Logistics Processes, Aligning Logistics Performance with Business Goals.

Module 2: Lean and Six Sigma in Logistics: Principles of Lean Logistics and Waste Elimination, Application of 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban in Logistics, Six Sigma Methodology (DMAIC) for Logistics Improvement, Tools for Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto), Standard Work and Process Stabilization Techniques, Case Studies of Lean and Six Sigma in Logistics.

Module 3: Logistics Performance Measurement and KPIs: Key Performance Indicators for Logistics Operations (OTIF, Cycle Time, Dock-to-Stock), Data Collection and Benchmarking Methods, Analyzing Process Efficiency and Bottlenecks, Dashboard Design for Logistics Monitoring, Linking KPIs to Process Improvement Initiatives, Cost-to-Serve and Productivity Metrics.

Module 5: Technology Integration for Process Optimization: Role of Automation and Digital Tools in Logistics Efficiency, Implementing WMS, TMS, and Barcode/RFID Systems, IoT, Robotics, and Real-Time Tracking Technologies, Integrating ERP Systems for End-to-End Visibility, Using Analytics and AI for Predictive Improvement, Evaluating Technology ROI for Process Changes.

Module 6: Change Management and Continuous Improvement Culture: Driving Change Through Leadership and Communication, Overcoming Resistance and Engaging Stakeholders, Training Teams on New Processes and Tools, Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement, Monitoring Results and Sustaining Gains, Case Studies on Successful Logistics Transformation Projects.
