Objective: The Certified Luxury Hotel Manager course is designed to develop the leadership, strategic, and operational skills required to manage high-end hospitality properties. The course covers luxury service standards, guest experience personalization, staff leadership and development, front office and housekeeping management, F&B operations, financial planning, and brand positioning.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Luxury Hospitality Management: Definition and characteristics of luxury hotels, Roles and responsibilities of a luxury hotel manager, Understanding guest expectations in the luxury segment, Key service differentiators in luxury hospitality, Global trends and innovations in luxury hotel management, Aligning operations with brand vision and values.

Module 2: Front Office and Guest Relations Excellence: Personalized guest welcome and check-in protocols, VIP guest handling and concierge services, Reservation and room management systems, Managing guest feedback and service recovery, Integration of technology in guest services, Creating memorable guest experiences.

Module 3: Housekeeping and Property Aesthetics: Luxury standards for guestroom presentation and cleanliness, Coordination between housekeeping and front office, Floral arrangements and in-room aesthetics, Quality control and inspection procedures, Managing linen, amenities, and guest supplies, Implementing eco-luxury and sustainable practices.

Module 4: Food and Beverage Excellence: Curating fine dining experiences and signature menus, Wine and beverage knowledge for luxury service, Event planning and banquet management, Collaboration with executive chefs and sommeliers, Maintaining hygiene and service standards, Upselling and personalized dining experiences.

Module 5: Leadership, HR, and Staff Development: Recruitment and grooming of hospitality professionals, Designing training programs for luxury service culture, Performance appraisals and career development plans, Leadership styles for managing diverse teams, Staff motivation, retention, and recognition systems, Handling internal conflicts and team communication.

Module 6: Financial Management, Marketing, and Compliance: Budgeting and revenue management in luxury hotels, Cost control without compromising guest experience, Luxury brand marketing and digital outreach strategies, Managing online reputation and guest reviews, Legal compliance and licensing in hotel operations, Crisis management and risk mitigation planning.
