Objective: The Certified MICE Manager course is designed to equip professionals with comprehensive knowledge and skills to plan, organize, and manage meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions effectively. The program covers event planning and coordination, venue selection, budgeting, logistics management, stakeholder communication, marketing and promotion, risk management, and post-event evaluation.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to MICE Industry and Event Types: Definition and scope of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), Key differences between each MICE segment and their objectives, Global and Indian MICE market overview and trends, Role of a MICE Manager in planning and execution, Stakeholders in MICE: corporates, DMCs, PCOs, venues, and suppliers, Economic and tourism impact of MICE events.
Module 2: Event Planning and Proposal Development: Understanding client briefs and developing customized event concepts, Site inspection and venue selection criteria for MICE events, Preparing event proposals, budgets, and cost estimations, Timeline development, scheduling, and milestone tracking, Vendor selection and contract negotiations, Risk assessment and contingency planning.
Module 3: Operations and Logistics Management: Pre-event logistics: registrations, travel, accommodation, and transfers, On-site event coordination: staging, technical setup, catering, signage, Managing delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and VIPs, Technology integration: event apps, RFID badges, live streaming, Crowd management, security, and emergency protocols, Post-event logistics: dismantling, billing, and reporting.
Module 4: Marketing, Promotion, and Sponsorship: Creating event branding, logos, and marketing collaterals, Digital marketing: email campaigns, social media, SEO for MICE events, Public relations, press releases, and media engagement, Attracting sponsors and developing sponsorship packages, Collaboration with tourism boards and industry associations, Promoting destination appeal to increase delegate attendance.
Module 5: Financial Management and Legal Compliance: Budget planning, cost control, and ROI analysis for MICE events, Revenue generation: registrations, sponsorships, exhibitor fees, Understanding contracts, licenses, and service level agreements, Taxation, billing, and payment handling for domestic and international clients, Legal compliance: insurance, safety laws, data privacy, labor regulations, Managing financial risks and audit trails.
Module 6: Trends, Sustainability, and Career Development in MICE: Sustainable practices in event management and green meetings, Emerging trends: hybrid events, immersive tech, AI-driven engagement, Cultural considerations and inclusivity in international MICE events, Certifications and associations for professional growth (e.g., CMP, SITE), Entrepreneurship and consultancy opportunities in the MICE sector, Case studies of successful national and international MICE events.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
