Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Target Identification & Due Diligence: Criteria for target company selection, Financial and operational due diligence, Legal and regulatory due diligence, Commercial and market analysis, Risk assessment and mitigation, Integration readiness evaluation

Module 3: Valuation & Deal Structuring: Valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), Synergy estimation and analysis, Deal structuring options, Financing and capital structuring, Negotiation strategies and tactics, Earn-outs and contingent considerations

Module 4: Negotiation & Transaction Management: Negotiation planning and strategy, Letter of Intent (LOI) and term sheet preparation, Deal closing procedures, Legal documentation and contracts, Stakeholder communication and management, Managing transaction timelines and milestones

Module 5: Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Integration planning frameworks, Cultural and organizational alignment, Operational and process integration, IT and systems consolidation, Performance tracking and KPI monitoring, Change management and employee engagement

Module 6: Risk Management & Compliance in M&A: Financial, operational, and strategic risk identification, Regulatory compliance and reporting requirements, Tax implications and structuring risks, Mitigation strategies and contingency planning, Corporate governance considerations, Lessons learned and continuous improvement

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
