The course covers motion design principles, keyframing, timing, easing, typography animation, visual effects, and audio integration. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Fundamentals of Motion Graphics: Introduction to motion graphics and its applications, Principles of animation (timing, easing, squash and stretch), Understanding keyframes and interpolation, Basics of visual storytelling and storyboarding, Color theory and typography in motion design, Overview of software tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D).

Module 2: Designing and Creating Assets for Animation: Creating vector assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Importing and preparing assets for animation, Working with layers, masks, and mattes, Designing icons, logos, and UI elements for motion, Understanding composition and layout principles, Creating seamless loops and patterns.

Module 3: Animation Techniques and Effects: Applying keyframe animation for position, scale, rotation, and opacity, Using motion paths and easing for natural movement, Working with shape layers, masks, and trim paths, Creating 2D character animations and rigging basics, Applying visual effects like blurs, glows, and distortions, Using particle systems and expressions for advanced effects.

Module 4: 3D Motion Graphics and Integration: Introduction to 3D space and cameras in After Effects, Basic 3D modeling concepts with Cinema 4D Lite, Importing and animating 3D objects, Lighting and shadows for depth and realism, Camera movements and parallax effects, Integrating 2D and 3D assets seamlessly.

Module 5: Audio Synchronization and Rendering: Incorporating sound effects and music into motion projects, Syncing animation to audio cues and beats, Using audio spectrum and waveform effects, Exporting animations in various formats and codecs, Optimizing files for web, broadcast, and social media, Color grading and final output adjustments.

Module 6: Project Workflow and Professional Development: Planning and managing motion graphics projects from concept to delivery, Collaborating with clients and creative teams, Building a professional portfolio and showreel, Understanding copyright and licensing for assets, Freelancing and career opportunities in motion graphics, Keeping up with industry trends and software updates.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
  • There is no negative marking in any module.
