Objective: The Certified Network Design Analyst course is designed to equip professionals with the analytical and technical skills required to design, evaluate, and optimize supply chain and logistics networks. The course covers network modeling techniques, location analysis, transportation and distribution strategies, warehouse placement, cost-to-serve analysis, and supply-demand balancing.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Fundamentals of Supply Chain Network Design: Introduction to Network Design in Supply Chain Management, Objectives and Scope of Network Design Analysis, Key Components of a Supply Chain Network (Suppliers, Plants, Warehouses, Customers), Role and Responsibilities of a Network Design Analyst, Factors Affecting Network Design Decisions, Strategic vs Tactical Network Design.
Module 2: Data Collection and Demand Analysis: Types of Data Required for Network Modeling (Sales, Cost, Inventory, Transport), Data Cleaning and Validation Techniques, Demand Forecasting and Aggregation Methods, Customer Segmentation and Service-Level Analysis, Seasonality and Trend Considerations, Tools for Data Visualization and Mapping.
Module 3: Network Modeling and Optimization Techniques: Overview of Linear and Mixed-Integer Programming Models, Center-of-Gravity and Heuristic Methods, Facility Location and Allocation Models, Transportation and Distribution Network Optimization, Use of Scenario Analysis and Sensitivity Testing, Trade-Off Analysis Between Cost and Service.
Module 4: Technology Tools and Software Applications: Introduction to Network Design Software (Llamasoft, AnyLogistix, SAP IBP), GIS and Mapping Tools for Network Visualization, Integration with ERP and Supply Chain Systems, Cloud-Based Analytics and Simulation Platforms, Data Input and Output Management in Software Tools, Automation and AI in Network Planning.
Module 5: Cost Analysis and Financial Evaluation: Fixed and Variable Cost Structures in Network Design, Total Cost Modeling (Production, Inventory, Transportation, Facility), ROI and Payback Analysis of Network Changes, Financial Impact of Sourcing and Outsourcing Decisions, Cost-to-Serve and Customer Profitability Analysis, Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning.
Module 6: Strategic Implementation and Continuous Improvement: Developing and Presenting Network Design Recommendations, Change Management and Cross-Functional Coordination, Monitoring Network Performance Metrics (Cost, Service, Efficiency), Continuous Improvement and Re-Optimization Strategies, Case Studies on Successful Network Design Projects, Future Trends in Supply Chain Network Design.
