Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Organizational Development (OD) Specialist course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to improve organizational effectiveness and facilitate sustainable change. Participants learn about organizational behavior, change management, talent development, performance management, team dynamics, and strategic planning.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Organizational Diagnosis and Assessment: Tools for Organizational Assessment, Data Collection Methods (Surveys, Interviews, Observation), Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses, Analyzing Organizational Culture, Performance Gap Analysis, Reporting Findings and Recommendations

Module 3: Change Management and Transformation: Principles of Change Management, Models of Organizational Change, Planning and Implementing Change Initiatives, Managing Resistance to Change, Leadership’s Role in Transformation, Sustaining Organizational Change

Module 4: Human Capital and Talent Development: Workforce Planning and Talent Management, Learning and Development Strategies, Employee Engagement and Motivation, Performance Management Systems, Coaching and Mentoring, Succession Planning and Career Development

Module 5: Organizational Culture and Leadership: Understanding Organizational Culture, Assessing and Shaping Culture, Leadership Styles and Their Impact, Team Dynamics and Collaboration, Building a High-Performance Culture, Ethics and Corporate Values Alignment

Module 6: Professional Practice and Strategic OD Planning: Strategic Organizational Development Planning, OD Interventions and Best Practices, Evaluating OD Program Effectiveness, Communication and Stakeholder Management, Ethics and Professional Standards in OD, Continuous Improvement and Innovation in OD

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
