Objective: The Certified People Analytics Specialist (CPAS) course is designed to equip HR professionals, analysts, and business leaders with the skills to leverage data and analytics for informed workforce decision-making. The course covers key topics such as data collection and management, HR metrics, predictive analytics, workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention analytics, employee engagement, performance measurement, and ethical considerations in handling employee data.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to People Analytics: Definition and Scope of People Analytics, Evolution from HR Metrics to Predictive Analytics, Role of a People Analytics Specialist, Key Stakeholders and Cross-Functional Collaboration, Ethical and Legal Considerations in People Data, Benefits and Challenges of Implementing People Analytics.

Module 2: Data Collection and Management: Types of HR and Workforce Data (Structured and Unstructured), Data Sources (HRIS, ATS, Surveys, Performance Systems), Data Cleaning and Preparation Techniques, Data Privacy, Security, and Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), Data Governance in HR Analytics, Integrating Data Across Systems.

Module 3: Analytical Techniques and Tools: Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics, Statistical Methods and Visualization Techniques, Common Tools and Software (Excel, Power BI, Python, R, Tableau), Machine Learning Applications in HR, Using Dashboards for HR Decision-Making, Data Interpretation and Communication.

Module 4: Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Analytics: Sourcing and Recruitment Funnel Metrics, Quality of Hire and Time-to-Fill Analysis, Predictive Models for Candidate Success, Strategic Workforce Planning and Gap Analysis, Turnover and Retention Forecasting, Diversity and Inclusion Metrics.

Module 5: Employee Experience and Performance Analytics: Employee Engagement and Sentiment Analysis, Productivity and Performance Trends, Learning and Development Impact Measurement, Internal Mobility and Career Pathing Analysis, Managerial Effectiveness Metrics, Pulse Surveys and Continuous Feedback Systems.

Module 6: Strategic Application and Business Impact: Linking People Analytics to Business Outcomes, Building a Data-Driven HR Culture, Presenting Insights to Executives and Stakeholders, Designing and Leading People Analytics Projects, KPIs for People Analytics Success, Case Studies and Best Practices from Leading Organizations.

  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
