Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The objective of the Certified Pre-Primary Instructor course is to train aspiring early childhood educators in modern pedagogical practices, developmental psychology, and classroom techniques essential for working with young children. This course aims to develop competent and compassionate instructors capable of creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for holistic child development.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Early Childhood Education: Principles of pre-primary education, Stages of child development (0–6 years), Importance of early childhood learning, Role and responsibilities of a pre-primary instructor, Understanding the needs of young learners, Creating a child-friendly learning environment.

Module 2: Curriculum and Lesson Planning: Structure of a pre-primary curriculum, Planning daily and weekly activities, Theme-based learning approaches, Integrating play and learning, Using storytelling, rhymes, and role play, Assessing learning through observation and activities.

Module 3: Child Psychology and Behaviour Management: Basics of child psychology, Identifying developmental milestones, Understanding learning styles and temperaments, Managing classroom behavior positively, Handling special needs and inclusive education, Building emotional and social skills.

Module 4: Language, Literacy and Communication Skills: Developing listening and speaking skills, Phonics and vocabulary building, Storytelling and picture reading, Pre-writing and pre-reading activities, Encouraging self-expression and group discussions, Activities to boost communication and confidence.

Module 5: Numeracy, Arts and Physical Development: Introduction to numbers, shapes, and patterns, Hands-on activities for counting and sorting, Art and craft for creativity, Music, movement, and dance for motor skills, Physical activities and games for coordination, Using teaching aids and manipulatives.

Module 6: Classroom Management and Parent Interaction: Organizing classroom space and materials, Time management and activity transitions, Maintaining hygiene and safety standards, Record-keeping and progress reporting, Communicating effectively with parents, Conducting parent-teacher meetings and workshops.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
