Objective: The Certified Precision Nutrition Coach course aims to equip nutrition professionals and health coaches with advanced knowledge and practical skills to deliver personalized nutrition guidance tailored to individual needs, lifestyles, and goals. The program covers evidence-based nutrition science, behavior change techniques, client assessment, goal setting, and the integration of lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and physical activity. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Precision Nutrition: Introduction to precision nutrition and its scientific basis, Differences between conventional and personalized nutrition, Role of genetics, lifestyle, and environment in nutrition planning, Nutritional biochemistry and metabolism overview, Importance of behavior change in nutritional success, Scope of practice and ethical considerations.

Module 2: Nutritional Assessment and Individualization: Client intake and goal-setting procedures, Dietary analysis tools and food tracking methods, Assessing body composition, metabolism, and health markers, Understanding genetic, hormonal, and microbiome influences, Lifestyle factors: sleep, stress, activity, and medical history, Creating a personalized nutritional profile.

Module 3: Macronutrients, Micronutrients, and Supplementation: Functions and metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, Role of vitamins and minerals in cellular health, Timing and distribution of macronutrients for specific goals, Hydration and electrolyte balance, Evidence-based supplementation strategies, Identifying and correcting nutritional deficiencies.

Module 4: Coaching Strategies and Behavior Change Psychology: Motivational interviewing and client-centered coaching, Habit formation and behavior modification models, Goal setting, tracking, and progress evaluation, Handling resistance and building client adherence, Communication and empathy in coaching relationships, Creating sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Module 5: Nutrition for Specific Populations and Goals: Nutrition for fat loss, muscle gain, and athletic performance, Special considerations for women, older adults, and children, Plant-based, keto, intermittent fasting, and other dietary approaches, Nutrition support for chronic conditions (diabetes, PCOS, metabolic syndrome), Cultural and ethical food practices, Meal planning for diverse needs and preferences.

Module 6: Practical Application and Professional Development: Building and managing a nutrition coaching practice, Using digital tools, apps, and wearables in coaching, Documentation, progress reports, and follow-ups, Case studies and hands-on plan development, Marketing, branding, and client acquisition strategies, Continuing education and certification maintenance.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
