Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Analytical Thinking and Decision Making: Critical Thinking Skills, Data Collection and Analysis Methods, Root Cause Analysis, Decision-Making Models and Tools, Evaluating Alternatives, Risk Assessment and Management.

Module 3: Creative Problem-Solving Techniques: Brainstorming Methods, Lateral Thinking, Mind Mapping, SCAMPER Technique, Use of Analogies and Metaphors, Encouraging Innovation and Idea Generation.

Module 4: Problem-Solving Frameworks and Tools: Introduction to PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), Six Sigma Basics, SWOT Analysis, Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa), 5 Whys Technique, Use of Problem-Solving Software.

Module 5: Communication and Collaboration in Problem Solving: Effective Team Communication, Conflict Resolution Skills, Facilitating Problem-Solving Meetings, Stakeholder Engagement, Building Consensus, Presenting Solutions Persuasively.

Module 6: Implementation and Monitoring of Solutions: Action Planning and Execution, Change Management Principles, Monitoring and Measuring Results, Feedback Collection and Adjustment, Sustainability of Solutions, Continuous Improvement Culture.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
