Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Business Communication: Overview of business communication, Types of business communication (internal, external), Communication models and processes, Importance of effective communication in business, Barriers to communication, Principles of clear and concise communication.

Module 2: Written Business Communication: Business writing fundamentals, Email and memo writing, Preparing reports and proposals, Writing business letters, Editing and proofreading techniques, Using templates and style guides.

Module 3: Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication: Effective oral communication skills, Presentation skills and public speaking, Telephone etiquette and professional conversations, Non-verbal communication cues, Listening and feedback techniques, Managing difficult conversations.

Module 4: Digital Communication in Business: Using digital platforms for communication, Social media etiquette and best practices, Virtual meetings and video conferencing, Managing online reputation, Cybersecurity basics for communicators, Digital collaboration tools.

Module 5: Interpersonal and Cross-Cultural Communication: Building interpersonal relationships, Team communication and collaboration, Cultural awareness and sensitivity, Handling communication in diverse workplaces, Conflict resolution communication, Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Module 6: Communication Strategy and Management: Developing communication plans, Crisis communication management, Internal communication strategies, External stakeholder communication, Measuring communication effectiveness, Ethical and legal considerations in business communication.
