Objective: The Certified Project Management Officer course is designed to equip professionals with the essential knowledge and practical tools needed to support and manage project activities within a Project Management Office (PMO). The course covers core project management principles, PMO roles and functions, project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and performance tracking.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Project Management: Definition and Importance of Project Management, Project Life Cycle and Phases, Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Management Officer (PMO), Key Project Management Terminology, Project Constraints (Scope, Time, Cost), Overview of PM Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

Module 2: Project Initiation and Planning: Developing a Project Charter, Defining Project Scope and Objectives, Stakeholder Identification and Analysis, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Scheduling Techniques, Resource Planning and Allocation.

Module 3: Project Execution and Team Coordination: Executing Project Plans, Team Roles and Responsibilities, Communication Management, Managing Vendors and Outsourced Work, Quality Assurance in Execution, Conflict Resolution and Team Motivation.

Module 4: Monitoring and Controlling Projects: Tracking Project Progress and Performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Change Control Process, Risk Identification and Mitigation, Budget and Cost Control Techniques, Reporting and Status Updates.

Module 5: Project Tools and Technologies: Introduction to Project Management Software (MS Project, Asana, Trello), Gantt Charts and Network Diagrams, Project Documentation and File Management, Collaboration Tools and Dashboards, Time Management Tools, Using Data for Decision Making.

Module 6: Project Closure and Continuous Improvement: Closing Activities and Deliverable Handover, Project Evaluation and Lessons Learned, Post-Implementation Review, Document Archiving and Audit Preparation, PMO Best Practices and Standards, Continuous Improvement in Project Management.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
