Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3 (Scope & Schedule Management): Requirements gathering and prioritization, Creating and validating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Defining and controlling project scope, Activity definition, sequencing and estimation, Developing and maintaining the project schedule, Schedule monitoring and control techniques

Module 4 (Cost, Quality & Resource Management): Estimating costs and budgeting, Cost control and Earned Value Management, Quality planning, quality assurance and quality control, Resource planning and estimation, Building and managing the project team, Managing physical and infrastructure resources

Module 5 (Risk, Procurement & Communication Management): Risk identification, qualitative & quantitative risk analysis, Risk response planning and monitoring, Procurement planning, conducting procurements, contract types and management, Communications planning and execution, Reporting, stakeholder communication and documentation

Module 6 (Monitoring, Control & Project Closure): Performance measurement and project tracking, Change control and integrated change management, Issue and conflict resolution, Closing procurements and contracts, Final project delivery, lessons learned and project retrospective, Transition, handover, and post‑project evaluation

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
