Objective: The Certified Quality Assurance Officer course aims to provide participants with a thorough understanding of quality management principles, standards, and tools essential for ensuring product and service excellence. The course covers topics such as quality planning, control, assurance, auditing, compliance with industry standards (like ISO), and continuous improvement methodologies.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Quality Assurance Fundamentals: Introduction to quality assurance, Quality standards and frameworks, Roles and responsibilities of QA officers, Quality terminology and concepts, Customer requirements and satisfaction, Importance of compliance and regulations.

Module 2: Quality Planning and Documentation: Developing quality plans, Writing and maintaining SOPs, Document control procedures, Risk assessment and mitigation, Setting quality objectives, Quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Module 3: Quality Control Techniques: Inspection and testing methods, Sampling techniques, Statistical process control, Use of control charts, Identifying non-conformances, Reporting and documentation of defects.

Module 4: Auditing and Compliance: Internal and external audits, Audit planning and execution, Audit checklists and reports, Non-compliance management, Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), Regulatory standards and certifications.

Module 5: Process Improvement and Problem Solving: Root cause analysis, Lean and Six Sigma basics, Process mapping and workflow analysis, Continuous improvement tools, Handling customer complaints, Change management principles.

Module 6: Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication skills, Collaboration with cross-functional teams, Training and mentoring, Conflict resolution, Reporting quality issues to management, Promoting a culture of quality.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
