Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Quality Systems & Standards: Quality Management Systems (QMS) design and implementation, ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards, Documentation and process control, Internal and external quality audits, Role of certification and compliance, Quality awards and excellence models

Module 3: Quality Tools & Techniques: Problem‑solving and root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone), Control charts and Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Benchmarking and process best practices, Lean tools (5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma basics

Module 4: Process Management & Continuous Improvement: Process mapping and analysis, Process optimization with Lean and Six Sigma, Continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen), Theory of Constraints (TOC), Managing variation and process capability, Sustaining improvements and standardising work

Module 5: Measurement, Metrics & Performance Management: Defining quality KPIs and performance metrics, Measurement system analysis, Statistical techniques for quality measurement, Balanced Scorecard for quality, Cost of Quality (COQ) analysis, Monitoring and reporting quality performance

Module 6: Leadership, Change & Quality Culture: Leading quality initiatives and teams, Change management for quality transformation, Building a culture of quality and employee empowerment, Training and development in quality, Stakeholder engagement and communication, Knowledge management and continuous learning in quality management
