Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Quality Management Principles: Quality definitions and evolution, Quality philosophies (Deming, Juran, Crosby), Quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, TQM), Organizational culture and leadership in quality, Customer-focused quality management, Ethics and social responsibility in quality
Module 2: Strategic Planning and Deployment: Strategic planning models and tools, Vision, mission, and values alignment, SWOT analysis and risk assessment, Policy deployment (Hoshin Kanri), Performance measurement systems, Change management and organizational alignment
Module 3: Quality Management Tools: Seven basic quality tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, etc.), Advanced quality tools (DOE, QFD, FMEA), Statistical process control (SPC), Root cause analysis and problem solving, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Benchmarking and best practices
Module 4: Customer-Focused Organizations: Customer identification and segmentation, Voice of the customer (VOC) collection and analysis, Customer relationship management (CRM), Customer satisfaction measurement, Complaint management and resolution, Customer loyalty and retention strategies
Module 5: Supply Chain and Process Management: Process management concepts and mapping, Supplier selection and evaluation, Supply chain quality risks and mitigation, Procurement and contract management, Outsourcing and partnerships, Inventory and logistics quality control
Module 6: Measurement, Analysis, and Continuous Improvement: Performance metrics and KPIs, Data collection and validation, Data analysis and interpretation, Auditing and assessment techniques, Continuous improvement models (PDCA, Kaizen), Reporting, dashboards, and quality documentation
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
