Objective: The Certified Quality Standards & Compliance Officer course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to ensure organizational processes meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The program covers quality management systems, compliance frameworks, risk assessment, auditing, and corrective action implementation.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1 (Quality Management Foundations): Principles of quality management, Quality culture and organizational commitment, Process approach and PDCA cycle, Key quality management standards (e.g. ISO 9001), Roles & responsibilities in quality management, Quality policy and objectives

Module 2 (Quality Standards & Frameworks): Overview of major quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), High-level structure of management systems, Annex SL and standard harmonization, Configuration management (e.g. ISO 10007), Sector‑specific and emerging quality standards, Standard adoption and benchmarking

Module 3 (Compliance Management & Governance): Compliance management system design, Regulatory and legal compliance fundamentals, Ethical compliance and corporate governance, Compliance risk assessment and mitigation, Record-keeping and documentation for compliance, Role of compliance officer

Module 4 (Quality Control & Process Improvement): Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean management and waste reduction, Six Sigma fundamentals, Process mapping and analysis, Root cause analysis and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), Continuous improvement approaches

Module 5 (Auditing & Certification): Internal audit planning and execution, External audit and certification process, Non-conformance management and corrective actions, Audit reporting and documentation, Use of audit checklists and evaluation, Follow-up, monitoring & surveillance audits

Module 6 (Professional Skills & Emerging Trends): Risk management in quality & compliance, Leadership and communication skills for quality teams, Problem-solving and decision-making, Use of digital tools in quality management, Compliance in sustainability & green standards, Future trends (Industry 4.0, quality 4.0)

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
