Objective: The Certified Remote HR Manager course is designed to prepare HR professionals to effectively manage and support remote and hybrid workforces. The course covers key areas including virtual recruitment and onboarding, remote performance management, digital communication and collaboration tools, remote employee engagement, virtual team building, compliance in distributed environments, remote work policies, and digital well-being.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Remote Work and HR Management: Understanding the evolution and models of remote work, Role of HR in distributed and hybrid teams, Legal and compliance considerations in remote employment, Challenges and benefits of remote workforce management, Designing remote-friendly HR policies and procedures, Remote work trends and global best practices.
Module 2: Virtual Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Remote job design and role structuring, Digital sourcing strategies and virtual recruitment platforms, Conducting effective remote interviews and assessments, Employer branding for remote-friendly organizations, Structuring virtual onboarding programs, Tools and technologies for seamless remote hiring.
Module 3: Remote Employee Engagement and Experience: Creating a culture of connection in remote teams, Virtual team-building activities and collaboration tools, Recognition and rewards in remote settings, Addressing isolation and fostering inclusion remotely, Designing personalized remote employee journeys, Continuous feedback and remote check-in practices.
Module 4: Performance Management and Remote Productivity: Setting remote-specific performance expectations and OKRs, Monitoring productivity with transparency and trust, Conducting virtual appraisals and reviews, Coaching and development in a remote context, Managing underperformance in distributed teams, Tools for remote performance tracking and goal alignment.

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
