The program covers solar, wind, hydro, and other clean energy systems, as well as feasibility analysis, policy and regulatory frameworks, project financing, and risk assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Renewable Energy and Global Trends: Overview of renewable energy sources (solar, wind, hydro, biomass, geothermal), Global energy market trends and policies, Climate change and sustainability goals, Energy transition and decarbonization strategies, Renewable energy value chain, Role of consultants in the renewable energy sector.

Module 2: Renewable Energy Technologies and Applications: Solar PV and solar thermal technologies, Wind turbine systems and offshore wind, Hydropower systems and small hydro, Bioenergy and waste-to-energy solutions, Geothermal energy utilization, Emerging technologies (green hydrogen, storage).

Module 3: Business Models and Market Analysis: Energy business models (IPP, EPC, PPA, net metering), Market entry strategies and feasibility analysis, Stakeholder and competitor analysis, Energy demand forecasting and pricing, Economic and policy drivers of renewable markets, Case studies of successful renewable businesses.

Module 4: Financial and Economic Analysis: Cost structure and capital expenditure of renewable projects, Financial modeling and ROI calculation, Incentives, subsidies, and carbon credits, Risk analysis and mitigation strategies, Funding options and investment strategies, Preparing bankable project proposals.

Module 5: Regulatory Framework and Project Development: Understanding energy regulations and compliance, Licensing and permitting processes, Environmental impact assessments (EIA), Land acquisition and site selection, Grid integration and power purchase agreements, Project lifecycle and development phases.

Module 6: Consulting Skills and Client Engagement: Needs assessment and problem identification, Designing tailored renewable energy solutions, Stakeholder communication and presentation skills, Managing client expectations and relationships, Reporting, documentation, and impact evaluation, Tools and digital platforms for consultants.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
