Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Risk Control Analyst course is designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and analytical skills to evaluate safety risks and implement targeted control measures in industrial, construction, and commercial settings. The course covers risk identification methods, risk evaluation tools (risk matrices, severity-probability charts), and the development of practical and cost-effective control strategies using the hierarchy of controls—elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative controls, and PPE.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Fundamentals of Risk Management and Control: Definition and scope of risk, risk management, and risk control, Types of risks in workplace environments: operational, safety, environmental, Key principles of risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, ISO 45001), Roles and responsibilities of a Certified Risk Control Analyst, Relationship between hazard, risk, and control measures, Integration of risk control within organizational systems and policies.

Module 2: Risk Identification and Classification Techniques: Methods of identifying workplace risks: inspections, audits, observations, incident reviews, Categorization of risks: internal vs. external, controllable vs. uncontrollable, Risk sources and contributing factors (human, technical, environmental), Tools for risk identification: brainstorming, checklists, SWOT, HAZID, Process hazard identification in various industries (construction, chemical, manufacturing), Recording and organizing identified risks systematically.

Module 3: Risk Analysis and Evaluation Methods: Qualitative vs. quantitative risk analysis approaches, Risk matrix models: likelihood and consequence rating, Techniques for assessing exposure levels and severity, Tools: HAZOP, FMEA, Bow-Tie, What-If Analysis, Risk prioritization based on evaluation outcomes, Use of software tools and dashboards for risk analysis.

Module 4: Risk Control Strategies and Implementation: Hierarchy of controls: elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative, PPE, Developing practical and cost-effective control measures, Implementing control plans and assigning responsibilities, Integration of risk control into SOPs and daily operations, Monitoring and verifying the effectiveness of controls, Case studies on successful risk control implementation.

Module 5: Risk Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Importance of communication in risk control effectiveness, Strategies for engaging workers, supervisors, and top management, Creating risk communication plans and training programs, Tools for sharing risk information: signage, alerts, safety briefings, Documentation and reporting of risk control measures, Encouraging feedback and continuous involvement in risk awareness.

Module 6: Monitoring, Review, and Continuous Improvement in Risk Control: Periodic risk control reviews and reassessment protocols, Using audits, inspections, and performance indicators to evaluate risk control, Learning from near misses and incident data for enhancement, Updating risk registers and control strategies based on findings, Integrating lessons learned into training and policy development, Promoting a proactive risk management culture through leadership and innovation.
