Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Rural Development: Overview of rural development concepts, Understanding rural community dynamics, Socio-economic challenges in rural areas, Role of rural project managers, Stakeholder identification and engagement, Ethical and cultural considerations.

Module 2: Project Planning and Design: Needs assessment and baseline surveys, Setting project goals and objectives, Designing rural development projects, Resource planning and budgeting, Risk assessment and management, Participatory planning techniques.

Module 3: Implementation and Management: Organizing project teams and resources, Scheduling and timeline management, Coordination with local authorities and partners, Monitoring progress and quality control, Problem-solving and conflict resolution, Documentation and reporting.

Module 4: Community Engagement and Capacity Building: Techniques for effective community mobilization, Facilitating training and workshops, Building local leadership and governance, Promoting gender equality and inclusion, Communication strategies, Feedback mechanisms and participatory evaluation.

Module 5: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact Assessment: Developing M&E frameworks and indicators, Data collection and analysis methods, Conducting impact assessments, Reporting results to stakeholders, Using evaluation for project improvement, Sustainability assessment.

Module 6: Sustainability and Scale-Up Strategies: Sustainability planning and resource mobilization, Strengthening local institutions, Environmental considerations in rural projects, Scaling successful initiatives, Policy advocacy and linkages, Continuous learning and adaptation.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
