Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Safety and Health Manager course is designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and skills to manage workplace safety, health programs, and regulatory compliance effectively. The program covers occupational health and safety standards, risk assessment, accident investigation, emergency preparedness, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and safety management systems.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Safety and Health Management: Overview of Occupational Safety and Health, Role of a Safety and Health Manager, Key Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Workplace Safety, Ethical and Professional Responsibilities, Scope of Safety and Health Management

Module 2: Occupational Health and Safety Fundamentals: Types of Workplace Hazards, Risk Assessment and Control, Safety Regulations and Standards (OSHA, ISO), Industrial Hygiene Principles, Ergonomics and Workplace Design, Employee Safety and Wellness Programs

Module 3: Risk Assessment and Incident Management: Conducting Workplace Risk Assessments, Identifying and Evaluating Hazards, Accident and Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions, Safety Audits and Inspections

Module 4: Safety Program Development and Implementation: Designing Safety Policies and Procedures, Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safety Training Programs, Emergency Preparedness and Response Planning, Monitoring and Evaluating Safety Performance, Continuous Improvement in Safety Programs

Module 5: Emergency Preparedness and Response: Fire Safety and Evacuation Planning, First Aid and Medical Response, Handling Chemical and Biological Hazards, Crisis Management and Communication, Coordination with Emergency Services, Conducting Drills and Simulations

Module 6: Professional Practice and Compliance: Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Documentation and Record Keeping, Ethical and Professional Conduct, Risk Management and Liability Considerations, Training and Educating Employees, Career Development and Continuing Education

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
