Objective: The Certified Safety & Compliance Officer course is designed to provide professionals with the knowledge and skills required to develop, implement, and oversee workplace safety programs and regulatory compliance frameworks. The course covers key areas such as occupational health and safety standards, risk assessment, incident prevention, emergency response planning, environmental regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Safety and Compliance: Role and Responsibilities of a Safety & Compliance Officer, Importance of Workplace Safety, Overview of Compliance Requirements, Key Regulatory Bodies and Standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.), Ethical Responsibilities in Compliance, Safety Culture and Organizational Impact.

Module 2: Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Workplace Safety Procedures, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Incident Reporting and Investigation, Emergency Response Planning, Ergonomics and Workplace Wellness.

Module 3: Regulatory Compliance and Legal Framework: Understanding Local and International Compliance Laws, Industry-Specific Regulations (Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Standards, Labor Laws and Worker Rights, Compliance Documentation and Record Keeping, Penalties and Legal Consequences of Non-Compliance.

Module 4: Safety Policies and Program Implementation: Developing Safety Policies and Procedures, Safety Training and Awareness Programs, Safety Audits and Inspections, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Chemical Management, Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout), Fire Safety and Prevention Programs.

Module 5: Risk Management and Incident Control: Risk Analysis Techniques (JSA, HAZOP, etc.), Mitigation and Control Strategies, Root Cause Analysis, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, Accident Prevention Programs, Reporting and Corrective Action Planning.

Module 6: Monitoring, Auditing, and Continuous Improvement: Performance Metrics and Safety KPIs, Compliance Audits and Internal Reviews, Using Technology for Compliance Tracking, Safety Management Systems (SMS), Continuous Improvement and Feedback Loops, Preparing for External Inspections and Certifications.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
