Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Small Business Management: Overview of Small Business Landscape, Characteristics of Successful Small Businesses, Business Models and Planning, Legal Structures and Compliance, Role of Small Business Manager, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Skills.

Module 2: Business Planning and Strategy: Developing a Business Plan, Market Research and Competitive Analysis, SWOT Analysis and Strategic Goal Setting, Financial Planning and Budgeting, Growth and Scaling Strategies, Risk Assessment and Management.

Module 4: Financial Management and Accounting: Basic Accounting Principles, Cash Flow Management, Financial Statements and Analysis, Pricing Strategies and Cost Control, Funding Options and Capital Management, Taxation and Regulatory Requirements.

Module 5: Operations and Human Resource Management: Operations Planning and Process Improvement, Supply Chain and Inventory Management, Hiring and Staff Development, Employee Relations and Performance Management, Legal and Ethical HR Practices, Workplace Safety and Compliance.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
