Objective: The Certified Smart Contract Developer course is designed to provide learners with the technical expertise to design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on blockchain platforms. The course covers the fundamentals of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and the role of smart contracts in automating trustless transactions and business logic execution.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Smart Contracts and Blockchain Basics: Overview of blockchain technology, Decentralization and consensus mechanisms, What are smart contracts, History and evolution of smart contracts, Use cases and applications, Platforms supporting smart contracts (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain).

Module 2: Solidity Programming Language Fundamentals: Solidity syntax and data types, Variables and functions, Control structures and modifiers, Structs and arrays, Events and logging, Error handling and debugging.

Module 3: Smart Contract Development Tools and Environment: Setting up development environment (Remix, Truffle, Hardhat), Writing and compiling smart contracts, Deploying contracts to testnets, Using Web3.js and Ethers.js for interaction, Testing smart contracts with Mocha/Chai, Version control and collaboration with Git.

Module 4: Advanced Smart Contract Concepts: Inheritance and contract modularity, Interfaces and abstract contracts, Libraries in Solidity, Gas optimization techniques, Security best practices and common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow), Upgradable smart contracts and proxies.

Module 5: Testing, Auditing, and Deployment: Writing unit and integration tests, Automated testing frameworks, Static and dynamic smart contract analysis tools, Manual and automated auditing processes, Deploying to mainnet, Managing contract upgrades and migrations.

Module 6: Real-World Applications and Projects: Developing Decentralized Finance (DeFi) smart contracts, NFT smart contract creation and standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155), Building DAO smart contracts, Integration with frontend DApps, Case studies and industry use cases, Capstone project: End-to-end smart contract development and deployment.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
