Objective: The Certified Social Media Manager course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to effectively manage, grow, and analyze social media presence for brands and businesses. The course covers key areas including social media strategy development, content creation and curation, platform-specific best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.), community engagement, social media advertising, and analytics.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Social Media Management: Overview of social media landscape and platforms, Role and responsibilities of a social media manager, Defining social media goals and objectives, Understanding target audience and behavior, Aligning social media with brand voice and values, Social media trends and evolution.
Module 2: Platform-Specific Strategies and Best Practices: Facebook marketing and ad strategies, Instagram content and engagement techniques, LinkedIn for B2B branding and networking, Twitter/X for real-time communication, YouTube channel growth and video marketing, Emerging platforms (Threads, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).
Module 3: Content Creation and Community Engagement: Content types and formats for social media, Creating a social media content calendar, Designing visuals and writing captions for engagement, Managing online communities and responding to feedback, UGC and influencer collaboration, Social listening and reputation management.
Module 4: Paid Advertising and Campaign Management: Introduction to social media advertising platforms, Setting up and managing ad campaigns, Audience targeting and retargeting strategies, Budgeting and bidding strategies, Measuring ad performance (CPM, CTR, CPA), A/B testing and ad creative optimization.
Module 5: Analytics and Performance Measurement: Key social media metrics and KPIs, Using platform-specific analytics tools, Google Analytics integration with social campaigns, Creating performance dashboards and reports, Understanding ROI and attribution in social media, Interpreting insights to optimize strategy.
Module 6: Strategy, Governance, and Crisis Management: Developing a comprehensive social media strategy, Social media policy and brand guidelines, Scheduling, workflow, and approval processes, Managing crises and handling negative publicity, Legal and ethical issues in social media, Scaling and automating social media operations.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
