The course provides knowledge of various sound healing techniques, mantra chanting, and meditation methods, explaining how vibrations and sound frequencies can influence the mind and body.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Sound Techniques and Tools: Types of sound instruments (singing bowls, bells, gongs, chimes), Vocal toning and chanting practices, Resonance and vibration for healing, Techniques for sound projection and modulation, Creating immersive sound experiences, Safety and comfort for participants

Module 3: Mantra Practices: Understanding sacred mantras and their meanings, Selection of mantras for different purposes, Chanting techniques and rhythm, Integrating mantra with breath and meditation, Visualization and focus with mantras, Adapting mantras for individual and group practice

Module 4: Meditation Techniques and Mindfulness: Guided meditation with sound, Breath-focused meditation integration, Mindfulness practices with sound and mantra, Deep relaxation and stress reduction techniques, Enhancing concentration and awareness, Structuring meditation sessions for effectiveness

Module 5: Therapeutic Applications and Energy Work: Healing through sound frequencies, Chakra and energy balancing using sound and mantra, Emotional regulation and mental clarity, Therapeutic applications for stress and anxiety, Monitoring participant responses and progress, Ethical and safety considerations in therapeutic practice

Module 6: Teaching Methodology and Professional Development: Designing sound and mantra meditation programs, Sequencing and session planning, Communication and guidance skills, Adapting sessions for diverse participants, Marketing and building a meditation community, Continuous learning and advanced professional growth

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
