The program covers key areas such as start-up evaluation, business model development, funding strategies, mentorship, operational planning, and scaling techniques.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Opportunity Identification & Market Research: Idea generation and validation techniques, Market research and analysis, Customer needs and pain point identification, Competitor analysis and benchmarking, Feasibility studies, Identifying scalable business opportunities

Module 3: Business Model Development & Planning: Business model frameworks (Canvas, Lean Startup), Value proposition design, Revenue and monetization strategies, Cost structure and financial planning, Strategic goal setting and KPIs, Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Module 4: Funding & Financial Management: Funding options for start-ups (angel, VC, crowdfunding), Pitching and investor engagement, Financial modeling and projections, Capital allocation and budgeting, Managing cash flow and burn rate, Financial reporting and compliance

Module 5: Incubation & Operational Support: Incubation program design and management, Mentorship and advisory support, Access to infrastructure and technology, Legal, HR and administrative support, Networking and partnership facilitation, Monitoring and evaluating start-up performance

Module 6: Growth, Scaling & Exit Strategies: Growth hacking and scaling strategies, Market expansion and internationalization, Product and service innovation, Measuring impact and performance metrics, Exit strategies (IPO, acquisition, merger), Continuous learning and adaptation for sustainable growth

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
