Objective: The Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) course is designed to provide professionals with a strong foundation in supply chain principles, operations, and analytics. The course covers essential topics such as procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand forecasting, production planning, distribution, and supply chain technologies.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Supply Chain Management: Definition and Scope of Supply Chain, Key Functions and Flows in the Supply Chain, Role of a Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Structures and Strategies, Stakeholders and Collaboration in the Supply Chain, Supply Chain Trends and Challenges.
Module 2: Demand Planning and Forecasting: Forecasting Methods and Models, Analyzing Historical Demand Data, Managing Forecast Accuracy and Bias, Collaborative Demand Planning, Linking Forecasting to Inventory Management, Tools for Demand Planning.
Module 3: Procurement and Supplier Management: Procurement Processes and Strategies, Supplier Selection and Evaluation, Cost Analysis and Negotiation Techniques, Supplier Relationship Management, Risk Management in Procurement, Ethical and Sustainable Sourcing.
Module 4: Inventory and Warehouse Management: Inventory Types and Functions, Inventory Control Techniques (EOQ, Safety Stock), Warehouse Layout and Operations, Inventory Optimization and Reduction, Use of Technology in Inventory Management, Performance Metrics for Inventory and Warehousing.
Module 5: Transportation and Logistics: Modes of Transportation and Their Trade-offs, Route Optimization and Freight Management, Logistics Network Design, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Outsourcing, Cost and Service Trade-offs in Logistics, Transportation Regulations and Compliance.
Module 6: Supply Chain Analytics and Performance: Key Supply Chain KPIs and Metrics, Using Data to Drive Decision-Making, Introduction to Supply Chain Software and Tools, Supply Chain Risk Analysis and Mitigation, Continuous Improvement and Lean Principles, Real-World Applications and Case Studies.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
