Objective: The Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) course aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of core supply chain functions including procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and distribution. The course emphasizes analytical thinking and the application of key concepts such as demand planning, supply chain strategy, performance metrics, and risk management.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Supply Chain Fundamentals: Introduction to Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Drivers and Metrics, Types of Supply Chains, Value Chain vs Supply Chain, Supply Chain Strategy Alignment, Global Supply Chain Trends.
Module 2: Demand Planning and Forecasting: Basics of Demand Planning, Forecasting Methods (Qualitative and Quantitative), Forecast Accuracy Metrics, Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), Role of Technology in Forecasting, Impact of Demand Variability on Supply Chain.
Module 3: Procurement and Sourcing: Procurement Cycle and Process, Supplier Selection and Evaluation, Strategic vs Tactical Sourcing, Cost Analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Contract Management and Negotiation, Sustainable and Ethical Sourcing Practices.
Module 4: Operations and Production: Production Planning and Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Just-In-Time (JIT) Systems, Quality Management Systems (Six Sigma, TQM), Role of Technology in Manufacturing.
Module 5: Inventory and Logistics Management: Types and Functions of Inventory, Inventory Control Techniques (EOQ, Safety Stock, ABC Analysis), Warehousing and Storage Strategies, Transportation Modes and Optimization, Logistics Network Design, Reverse Logistics and Returns Management.
Module 6: Supply Chain Integration and Performance: Supply Chain Collaboration and Integration, Role of IT and ERP in SCM, Performance Measurement (KPIs, SCOR Model), Risk Management in Supply Chains, Sustainability in Supply Chain Operations, Continuous Improvement and Innovation in SCM.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
