Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Supply Chain Assistant course is designed to provide entry-level professionals with foundational knowledge and practical skills to support supply chain operations efficiently. The course covers key aspects of the supply chain including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, order processing, and supplier coordination.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Supply Chain Management: Definition and Importance of Supply Chain, Key Components of a Supply Chain, Objectives and Functions of Supply Chain Management, Roles and Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Assistant, Basic Supply Chain Terminology, Overview of Supply Chain Networks.

Module 2: Procurement and Supplier Management: Basics of Procurement Processes, Purchase Orders and Requisitions, Supplier Identification and Evaluation, Vendor Communication and Coordination, Introduction to Contract Management, Procurement Documentation and Records.

Module 3: Inventory and Warehouse Management: Types of Inventory and Stock Classification, Inventory Control Techniques, Warehouse Layout and Operations, Stock Receiving and Dispatch Procedures, Inventory Counting and Accuracy, Use of Barcoding and Inventory Systems.

Module 4: Logistics and Distribution: Basics of Logistics and Transportation, Modes of Transportation, Shipping and Delivery Documentation, Route Planning and Scheduling, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Tracking Shipments and Handling Delays.

Module 5: Supply Chain Planning and Coordination: Demand Forecasting Fundamentals, Production Planning Support, Coordination Across Departments, Lead Time and Order Cycle Concepts, Scheduling and Order Fulfillment, Use of ERP and Planning Tools.

Module 6: Performance, Safety, and Compliance: Key Supply Chain Performance Indicators (KPIs), Basic Supply Chain Reporting, Workplace Health and Safety Practices, Environmental and Legal Compliance, Handling Returns and Reverse Logistics, Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain Processes.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
